We are seeking an IT Programme Manager with drive & commitment to work in our fast-paced, dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

As Head of IT Service Management you will lead a function that has responsibility for the operational delivery of IT services to Musgrave.
You will be responsible for establishing and continuously improving the quality and efficacy of our IT Run services.
We are looking for you to join the I&O leadership team where the goal is to collaborate with other IT teams, suppliers and our customers to help streamline the services we provide.

Your activities in this role will include the following:

  • Responsibility for the operational delivery of IT services to the company
  • Ensuring that Service Levels are aligned to business needs and to cost drivers of the company
  • Implementing, modelling and supporting ITIL processes
  • Updating the overall strategy and approach that will transform the separate Service capabilitiesDevelop and maintain IT service catalogues and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure that IT services are aligned with business requirements
  • Exceptional leadership and mentorship to implement large complex projects in a collaborative manner and resolve complex challenges.
  • Supplier & Contract Management – ensuring our suppliers meet delivery milestones and manage IT contracts with suppliers in conjunction with the Vendor Management Office (VMO)
  • Working with the CMO Team to evolve delivery methodologies and build excellence in change management
  • Play key governance role on ITSM process and platform teams
  • IT Orientated Degree
