Job Description
Act as the global Champion to strengthen and bring further our Organizational Development function and Learning culture in order to support AP development, embedding a Continuous Improvement mindset in the Company.
You will be fully accountable for taking Organizational Development and Learning initiatives that will support our goal to become more agile while developing critical capabilities and sustaining Engagement of our teams at the highest level.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Countries and Corporate functions in their Organizational Design efforts to become more agile and adopt a continuous improvement mindset:
  • Facilitate local / functional Organizational reviews (and ad hoc projects) focusing on Simplification, Nimbleness, Accountability and Empowerment
  • Support in close collaboration with Talent Acquisition &Development global peer some key initiatives (Synergies, Leadership programs …)
  • Develop Regional / Market / OD Intelligence, benchmark organizational practices
