Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating and implementing an effective corporate compliance program, with a focus on healthcare compliance questions as well as data protection for Swiss Headquarters and European Affiliates, ensuring that the compliance program effectively prevents and detects violations of law, regulations, industry codes, internal policies, or the code of business ethics
  • Manage all components of compliance program and regular review and improve, including risk and issue management, policies and procedures, training, monitoring/auditing, reporting and investigations
  • Due Diligence on all potential third parties in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Advise and determine appropriate actions regarding compliance issues, such as anti-trust, anti-bribery, data privacy, etc.
  • Conduct or authorize and oversee investigations of matters that merit investigation under the compliance program including development of corrective action plans, as needed
  • Provide regular compliance updates and present periodic and annual reports on the compliance program to the Senior Management Committee; liaise with Japanese mother company as needed
  • Deliver regular compliance initiatives, policies and trainings to ensure adherence to Tillotts compliance principles
  • Provide effective and reliable legal support to internal stakeholders
