YOUR SKILLS AND STRENGTHS

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration and ideally have relevant professional experience in a similar position
• You also have experience in project management and leading project teams, ideally in the automotive industry
• You have extensive knowledge of project controlling and project methods (waterfall & agile)
• You have technical and data-driven skills, including knowledge of SAP, databases and MS Excel
• Your analytical and conceptual strength as well as strategic orientation characterize you
• Conflict management, presentation skills and budget management are among your strengths
• You have a high degree of flexibility, proactivity and process-oriented thinking
• You have strong negotiation skills, intercultural behavior and leadership of international teams
• Professional presentation of information to high-level stakeholders is a matter of course for you
• You have the ability to achieve results at a strategic and operational level and manage timelines
• You speak English, other languages are an advantage (especially German)

• As the responsible Head of (m/f/d) Project Management, you will be responsible for the administration and management of the Project Management Office as well as the implementation and introduction of strategic measures and important projects throughout BU6
• You will also be responsible for managing strategic projects and establishing an effective project management structure and culture
• You will be responsible for the independent management of selected projects with full responsibility for implementation and execution
• You will be responsible for strengthening and supporting a strong project management team in the effective implementation and execution of the project
• You will also define, approve and implement project management processes, methods and tools
• You will also be responsible for recruiting, training and developing project managers to a high professional standard
• You will lead project management governance and ensure appropriate resources are allocated to projects
• You will manage communication and reporting on project performance
• You will facilitate change and continuous improvement of project management processes
