Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Marketing Automation Project, defining scope, roadmap, target groups, value propositions, and KPI frameworks.
  • Establish and nurture the Marketing Automation Department, defining roles, fostering a customer-centric culture, and implementing effective rituals and workflows.
  • Drive the evolution of our CRM strategy, continuously refining audience strategies and segmentations to optimize customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with technology teams to ensure alignment, establish long-term visions, and develop implementation roadmaps for marketing automation initiatives.
  • Oversee the management and enhancement of our marketing automation platform, ensuring the delivery of timely and personalized communication to our customers.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for customer segmentation and personalization, leveraging data insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Foster strong collaboration across departments, including sales, digital marketing, and analytics, to ensure alignment with overarching business goals.
  • Lead and inspire the CRM team, nurturing a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and customer-centricity.
  • Stay informed about the latest CRM trends and technologies, making strategic recommendations for investments and optimizations to drive business growth and success.
