Your responsibilities
CELUS is hiring a highly motivated and ambitious Head of Marketing (M/F/D) , in this role you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by spearheading user acquisition strategies for our platform to the global electronics engineering audience. Together with your team you will elevate our brand presence whilst collaborating closely with Product and Leadership teams to align marketing strategies that translate into tangible business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2C user acquisition strategies that are focused to technical users with an interest in electronics design.
  • Elevate the CELUS brand by crafting compelling narratives and value propositions that resonate with our target audience.
  • Leverage digital marketing platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing, to drive traffic and conversions whilst embracing the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Analyze data and marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Oversee and manage the creation of high-quality content that educates, engages, and converts our target audience (including blog posts, video content etc.)
  • Lead engagement with international PR, media press, industry partners and influencers to expand our reach and credibility within the electronics design community.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing marketing team

Your profile

  • Marketing leadership experience, preferably in the High-Growth startup or SAAS environment
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven track record of conceiving and executing successful marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, within a B2C or B2B2C environment.
  • Impeccable communication skills, fluency in English is required. German language skills would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to creatively inspire people and lead a marketing team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics (HubSpot, Google Analytics) with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
