Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in a leadership role, with proven success in managing and developing high-performing teams. Experience in Marketing and Commercial Excellence is essential.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of CRM software, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, public speaking, and presentation capabilities.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing Commercial Excellence & Customer Success to join our leadership team in the DACH region. This critical role is designed for a strategic leader with a passion for driving business growth, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with the Country Manager to co-lead the organization, developing and executing local Annual Business Plans.
  • Commercial Excellence: Drive customer experience excellence across all touchpoints, enhance operational efficiency, optimize sales performance, and implement sales tools and technologies.
  • Marketing Excellence: Oversee the marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with the commercial strategy and market needs. Continuously review and adjust marketing initiatives.
  • Data Analytics & Insights: Utilize data and analytics to derive actionable insights into market trends, customer behaviour, and performance metrics.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Marketing and Application/Product professionals. Foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Customer Success: Ensure exceptional customer experiences from pre-sales to post-sales support through continuous improvement and service excellence.
