REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • A ‘can-do’ personality who can work collaboratively with a diverse range of people including stakeholders and colleagues
  • A critical eye for quality assurance and proofing of marketing and sales assets
  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Hubspot, Zoominfo)
  • Experience developing proposals, pitch decks, presentations using G Suite
  • Familiarity with tracking budget and event planning
  • Comfortable attending client facing event
  • Must have: Experience in design, agency work, consulting.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reports and KPI dashboards across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Support SEO/PPC needs from a marketing perspective and report on findings to the Marketing Director

    Ensure UK branding is aligned with global branding expectations Plan, execute and attend key trade shows

  • Support with partner co-marketing initiatives

  • Work the content and digital marketing team to create UK specific content (blog post ,newsletters, eBooks, white papers, 1-pagers. infographics)
  • Work with the US digital marketing lead to fully manage the social media strategy for the UK market
  • Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified inbound leads
