WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Proven track record of success in a senior marketing role, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Experience creating strong Brand strategies and executing branded campaigns across multiple channels, including Performance, Social Media, CRM, PR and OOH.
  • Strategic thinking with a creative mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
  • Fluent in English; Good German skills would be a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

This is a rare opportunity to join a professional, very successful and well backed start up in Berlin. As Helpling’s Head of Marketing - Germany, you will lead the entire marketing strategy for Helpling’s flagship market.

In detail, your main tasks will be the following:

  • You will report directly to the CEO, taking ownership of a 7 digit marketing budget. You are responsible for the prioritization of resources and projects to drive ROI of our marketing efforts in line with our CAC / CLV targets.
  • You will head the planning, implementation and optimization of all marketing activities to ensure an efficient workflow and proper communication between and across all channels.
  • You will steer the brand strategy for the German market - coordinating messaging, campaigns and channel execution. You will also own the brand evolution in Germany as we continually launch and validate additional home services categories.
  • You will lead an international team of experienced people and agencies and be in charge of managing and controlling campaigns across all channels.
  • You will collaborate with IT, Product Management, Operations and Finance to connect our marketing strategy with overall company goals and objectives.
