As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing leader to join our team and drive strategic marketing initiatives.
Very much as a hands team leader, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our data discovery software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, drive lead generation, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing manager and people leader in the software or tech industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies both direct and through channel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience in working in lean organisations.
  • Event management experience both direct and through partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Analyze data to drive informed decision-making and optimize marketing campaigns.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand presence in the market.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create compelling and effective marketing collateral

Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven optimizations.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent messaging.

Lead Generation:

  • Drive lead generation campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute events, including webinars, conferences, and product launches.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to maximize lead generation and networking opportunities at events.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
