Our client, a well-established and esteemed brand in the digital marketing sector on a global scale, is a seeking a Head of Marketing - APAC who is passionate and fully committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences within the Asia Pacific region.
As the head of their Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in attaining regional growth objectives and solidifying their dominance in email marketing and SMS within the Asia Pacific region.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Over 5 years of leadership experience, adept at managing high-performing teams
- More than 5 years of involvement in field marketing, product marketing, or performance marketing positions within SaaS organisations
- Proficient in brand activation, digital marketing (including SEO, SEM, display, retargeting, and paid social), and content marketing
- Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing creative demand generation campaigns aimed at securing new business
- Previous experience leading the APAC region in a managerial capacity is highly valued
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the APAC brand strategy, overseeing growth initiatives for multiple platforms.
- Craft marketing initiatives across various channels, both paid and organic, covering brand awareness, growth strategies, content marketing, and sales support to meet growth targets.
- Manage and coordinate all direct marketing activities such as webinars, trade shows, executive visits, and customer events.
- Design and execute integrated campaigns that are inventive, impactful, and yield optimal ROI.
- Collaborate with sales to devise strategic plans aimed at boosting pipeline growth in the APAC region.
- Support Partner team in expanding channel ecosystem through event assistance, asset provision, and quarterly marketing plans.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing marketing efficiency through improved audience segmentation, techniques, and processes.
