QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, or relevant work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the latest marketing techniques, including direct marketing, digital marketing, and social media.
- Experience in marketing, corporate affairs, PR, and/or media is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Highly efficient, organised, and effective time management skills.
- A creative and strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, both autonomously and within a team.
- Ability to understand complex concepts quickly.
- Drive for high performance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Executive marketing campaigns to acquire new brokers and drive more business from the existing network.
- Coordinate, develop, and execute marketing activities including campaigns, direct marketing, digital marketing, traditional advertising, earned and paid media, social media, sales events, customer loyalty programs, and sponsored events.
- Monitor, measure, report on, and optimise all marketing activities against KPIs.
- Lead marketing projects including CRM implementation, education-based content creation, and customer benefits rewards programs.
- Coordinate and distribute media releases for consumer, broker, and investor audiences.
- Assist with leveraging media opportunities to enhance brand profile and promote propositions to target audiences.
- Provide support for the development of corporate communications including announcements, reports, and presentations.
- Develop copy for customer communications ensuring brand compliance and encouraging conversion, retention, and advocacy.
- Create content for communications to customers/prospects, brokers, and social media audiences.
- Proofread and sub-edit 3rd party marketing collateral and communications.
- Develop and distribute engaging internal communications.
