In Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland, TEMPUR’s local organizations have already established solid marketing setups. EXPERIENCED IN MARKETING HIGH-END CONSUMER PRODUCTS IN THE NORDICS

You have experience in marketing branded consumer products to conscious consumers who explore and purchase through various channels. You are familiar with omnichannel marketing and understand the ongoing evolution in consumers’ buying journeys.
Understanding the mechanics involved when the overall marketing effort must accommodate various interests inherent in multichannel distribution, covering brand stores, wholesalers, and e-commerce, is crucial. With a rapidly growing online business and significant potential, strong skills in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, particularly focusing on performance marketing, are essential.
As you will be supervising a team of highly skilled professionals, prior experience in leading a department of specialists is necessary, even if this is your first role where you take on full responsibility. You are accustomed to handling sizable budgets and excel in maximizing collaboration with agencies—both creative and media.
You are innovative and exhibit contagious enthusiasm when presenting your ideas to the organization. Being part of a large international corporation necessitates fluency in English, both written and spoken, in your daily communication with customers and colleagues.
When you’re not visiting your teams in Sweden, Finland, or Norway, you will have a designated workspace at the Danish office located in the central part of Odense.
