Description:

THE TEAM:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Department for Events and Digital Experiences at S&P Global Market Intelligence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional events and digital experiences that resonate with our client base in the financial and investment industry.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :Strategic Leadership :
Develop and implement innovative strategies for event planning and digital experience initiatives that align with S&P Global Market Intelligence’s goals.
Lead a specialized team, driving initiatives that foster innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence.
teams to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy that integrates events effectively.

DIGITAL EXPERIENCE OVERSIGHT :

Lead the development and execution of targeted digital marketing strategies, including content for financial platforms, social media engagement, and digital advertising campaigns.
Use analytics to refine digital strategies, enhancing client engagement and market reach.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Extensive experience in event management and digital marketing, preferably in the financial services or market intelligence sector.
Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and large-scale projects.
Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and data analytics.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Agility in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and adapting to evolving business needs.

Compensation/Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US candidates):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $220,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
