POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to join our financial services client on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading their marketing initiatives and driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, events, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and drive business results.
