POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to join our financial services client on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading their marketing initiatives and driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, events, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and drive business results.
