SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• You will be an experienced marketer with experience in Real Estate / property
• Demonstrated ability to run social media platforms and creating content
• Creative in your outlook and enjoy putting forward ideas
• Experience with Canva or similar and able to edit video / create reels

This is a great role for someone looking to flex their creativity as you will be responsible for all aspects of Marketing including Brand, Agent Profile, Social and property marketing, including:

• Coordinate and roll out property campaigns – including digital and print marketing
• Attend vendor and developer meetings
• Content Creation - Videography, photography, graphics and ad copy writing
• Update social media channels daily & ensure there’s a growth strategy in place
• Business Marketing – database management, landing pages, website, Google My Business
• Managing agency partnerships, relationships with clients & stakeholders
• CRM Database management and mailouts
