THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our growth efforts across multiple areas of the business. This role will lead Shipfusion’s strategy to develop our brand, bring software and logistics products to market, grow demand & qualified lead generation, and communicate Shipfusion’s value proposition to current and prospective clients.

In this role you will…

  • Lead the development of marketing strategies that increase visibility, generate demand, and support the achievement of key revenue growth
  • Lead the creation of integrated marketing efforts across multiple channels to communicate Shipfusion’s positioning, value proposition and ROI to existing and prospective clients
  • Direct the development and execution of Shipfusion’s paid advertising strategy across various platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives, maximizing ROI, and continuously optimizing campaigns to drive targeted traffic, enhance brand visibility, and achieve key performance indicators
  • Strategically oversee the implementation of SEO and content strategies to enhance the Shipfusion’s online visibility, drive organic traffic, and establish thought leadership within the industry, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, optimizing website performance, and fostering engagement with target audiences
  • Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to ensure alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and values, while enhancing brand awareness and equity across all marketing channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute impactful events and sponsorships that strategically align with Shipfusion’s brand identity and marketing objectives, fostering meaningful connections with target audiences and maximizing brand visibility and engagement
  • Manage Shipfusion’s online reputation by actively monitoring and optimizing presence on review platforms such as Trustpilot, Google, G2, and others, ensuring consistent brand representation, fostering positive customer experiences, and leveraging feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead the identification, negotiation, and cultivation of strategic alliances and partnerships that complement Shipfusion’s objectives, enhance brand positioning, and drive mutual value creation, fostering long-term collaborative relationships to achieve business growth and expansion goals
  • Provide clear performance expectations, goals, and objectives for the department and marketing team
  • Provide regular performance coaching for high performance and development
  • Provide tools and resources to effectively execute the strategy
  • Assess and reward performance on a regular basis.
  • Conduct regular market assessments and analyze market trends in order to identify strategic opportunities, anticipate and/or respond effectively to changes in customer behavior
  • Determine appropriate KPIs/metrics to measure marketing success; track, analyze and report on same
  • Manage and optimize Shipfusion’s marketing budget
