ROLE OVERVIEW:

Are you excited about leading a brand-new marketing team and shaping its direction right from the start? As the first Head of Marketing at Siena AI, you’ll build the marketing department with the support of our Chief Marketing Officer, Lisa, and work closely with the people who started our company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT SIENA:

• Create and lead a marketing strategies that helps our brand grow and reach more people, working closely with our founders.
• Hire and guide a marketing team, picking the right people to bring your ideas to life.
• Make sure our marketing efforts reflect our company’s goals, turning big ideas into actions that reach our audience.
• Build a repeatable customer acquisition and lead generation strategy.
• Help position Siena as the market leader in autonomous AI agent space.
• Establish and lead all marketing related functions, including content marketing, community, social media, product marketing, demand gen, lead gen.
