POSITION
The company is seeking an experienced product Marketing leader to develop its Product marketing strategy.
- Reporting : CEO
- Vision : To create an end-to-end tokenization platform for real world asset.
- Current Teams :
- 6 teams (liquidity, bridge, exchange, connectivity, tokenisation & compliance).
- Head of Product, VP Engineering, 20+ developers, 2 PM and 1 designers
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or similar role in web3 startup
- Track record of executing successful cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Deep understanding of the culture of DeFi
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product, promotion)
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, using strong analytical skills to incorporate data-driven insights into marketing decision-making
- A self-starter who takes initiative and keeps up with a fast-paced company
Responsibilities:
- Build and grow our marketing, communications teams, coordinating their activities across our key audiences and stakeholders.
- Leverage data and user insights, and think strategically to develop and refine brand positioning
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that maximize conversion with prospective customers
- Create, plan and execute go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new products and services, ensuring successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns
- Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and inform decision-making.
- Oversee and coordinate communications across all marketing channels,
- Work directly with the product and engineering teams to coordinate and run marketing experiments as new products and services are released
Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure ROI on marketing investments.
