POSITION

The company is seeking an experienced product Marketing leader to develop its Product marketing strategy.

  • Reporting : CEO
  • Vision : To create an end-to-end tokenization platform for real world asset.
  • Current Teams :
  • 6 teams (liquidity, bridge, exchange, connectivity, tokenisation & compliance).
  • Head of Product, VP Engineering, 20+ developers, 2 PM and 1 designers

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or similar role in web3 startup
  • Track record of executing successful cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Deep understanding of the culture of DeFi
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product, promotion)
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, using strong analytical skills to incorporate data-driven insights into marketing decision-making
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and keeps up with a fast-paced company

Responsibilities:

  • Build and grow our marketing, communications teams, coordinating their activities across our key audiences and stakeholders.
  • Leverage data and user insights, and think strategically to develop and refine brand positioning
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that maximize conversion with prospective customers
  • Create, plan and execute go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new products and services, ensuring successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and inform decision-making.
  • Oversee and coordinate communications across all marketing channels,
  • Work directly with the product and engineering teams to coordinate and run marketing experiments as new products and services are released
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure ROI on marketing investments.
