As Head of Medical Staffing, you’ll Responsible for ensuring that the onboard medical centers are staffed with highly qualified professionals. Manage recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluation, while supporting exceptional patient care. Set sail on a journey of medical leadership and apply today!

  • Ensure that the onboard medical centers of Carnival Maritime are staffed with highly qualified and competent medical professionals (doctors, nurses, and healthcare assistants)
  • Manage all aspects of the medical staffing journey including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluation
  • Source, select and retain exceptional healthcare talents and support the medical staffing needs
  • Support high quality patient care through education of medical staff and conduct clinical, patient complaint and medico-legal reviews
  • Undertake duties as required, including Health Operations Center (HOC) on-duty support and other specific brand requests related with the scope of the position
