Head of National Programme Research and Development

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of National Programme Research and Development to work as part of our National Programmes Team.

This is a new role within Mental Health UK and Rethink Mental Illness which has been created to drive growth and sustainability of our current and future programmes. You will be at the forefront of shaping and expanding our impact.
This will be achieved by focusing on in depth research to gain an evidence base that will be used to ensure we continue to deliver high quality accessible services. Equally important will be using these insights to identify existing gaps in provision and designing services using proof of concept model as the foundation.
