YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who can communicate and pro-actively interact with stakeholders in a complex environment and can demonstrate strong integrity and a capacity to maintain high standards. The ability to work with many different stakeholders across Danske Bank is an essential prerequisite for achieving good results. You should be able to challenge your stakeholders and help them deliver high quality.
As Head of NFR LC&I it is important that you have solid people management skills, good understanding of wholesale banking and asset management and are knowledge within the risk management discipline.

We imagine that you are:

• Experienced from a similar leadership role. Alternative a relevant role providing you with a solid understanding and insights.
• Experiences in navigating in a complex environment and working with stakeholders at executive level.
• Experience in wholesale banking and asset management.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

The team works out of our new Domicile in the Centre of Copenhagen.

You will be responsible for the oversight on non-financial risk within LC&I, a business unit facing team which serves the needs of our large corporate and institutional customers within wholesale banking and asset management products and services. Furthermore, the team has responsibility for oversight of the CFO-area, Group Legal and Danica as well as Tax Risk and Sustainability Non-Financial risk.
You will lead a team of eight dedicated specialists in Denmark and Lithuania with focus on having the oversight of the main risks within the product portfolio, underlying processes and change projects.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Drive the non-financial risk agenda towards LC&I and some of the Group Functions.
• Engage with stakeholder and build strong collaborative relationship across all business lines.
• Drive pro-active performance and participations in review & challenge of projects, events, products, and processes.
• Understand and challenge the risks associated with business processes including customer impact.
• Driving the non-financial risk agenda as part of NFR management team.
• Lead the NFR LC&I Team.
