Description:
You will support the teams in the transformation agenda in redesigning models of care and patient pathways to provide the best possible care and outcome for our patients. Provide day to day operational management of nursing clinical services, liaising effectively with all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that service planning and operational activity satisfy the requirements of governance. On a day-to-day basis, you will have professional line management, supervision responsibilities and over sight of the wellbeing of Matrons, Clinical nurse Specialist and other healthcare professionals and their teams ensuring support, professional growth and leadership development are provided for all the staff.
