Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the GM Customer Strategy and Marketing, you will execute and deliver personalised strategies aimed at engaging our brokers and partners. This role demands a leader who is not only obsessed with understanding and meeting customer needs but also possesses a strong commercial mindset, excels in leading multidisciplinary teams, and has a profound expertise in leveraging marketing technology for executional excellence.
The ideal candidate will be action-oriented, with a proven track record in efficiently turning strategic plans into successful operational realities.

OTHER KEY ASPECTS OF THE ROLE:

  • Maximise the value of our customer data platforms, CRM systems, marketing technology (Salesforce and Adobe), and performance analytics software.
  • Managing and motivating multidisciplinary teams, fostering an agile and collaborative work environment that prioritizes swift execution and continuous improvement.
  • Leading the hands-on execution and operational delivery of personalized 1:1 marketing campaigns, ensuring strategies are transformed into effective actions that achieve retention and cross-sell objectives.
  • Implementing customer-focused initiatives, using data-driven insights to tailor marketing efforts that resonate on an individual level, driving engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitoring and optimising campaign performance against commercial targets, applying a rigorous approach to measurement and adjustment to ensure maximum impact and ROI.
  • Obtaining advanced analytics and customer insights to guide executional strategies, ensuring decisions are informed by solid data and lead to measurable success.
  • Implementing the latest marketing technologies to streamline campaign execution, automate personalized engagements, and track performance in real-time.
  • Collaborating with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to customer retention and cross-selling, enhancing overall execution and delivery.
