  • Knowledge and experience of multiple Lean / CI / OPEX tools and methodologies

  • Commercial awareness with the ability to make financially sound business decisions

Responsibilities:

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

Reporting into our Deputy Managing Director, you’ll join us as a member of our Operations Senior Management Team where you’ll be responsible for overseeing commercial and customer performance monitoring within Operations, measuring key performance metrics and driving performance optimisation across our Operational Delivery teams. You’ll ensure we have a strong controls environment, working across teams to ensure we understand and embed this at all levels and provide assurance on the quality of our controls.

SOME OF YOUR KEY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Leading and developing a multi-functional team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high-performance delivery
  • Driving Operations Performance Reporting by developing and delivering comprehensive exec-level performance dashboards and reporting packs, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and providing actionable insights through to delivery of improvements
  • Establishing and overseeing the reporting governance structure for all Operational Delivery, ensuring adherence to frameworks and standards
  • Leading the Transformation roadmap for operational delivery, from small change through to transformation initiatives
