EDUCATION

  • University degree in Science, Life Science or Engineering Field
  • Experience
  • 10+ years of operational excellence experience in a highly-regulated industry (examples: Pharma, Automotive, Aerospace, Food and Drug) Multiple industries experience; Prior experience in Operations in API / CDMO / Pharma industry is a plus
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training and relevant work experience may be considered
  • Strong leadership capabilities and a charismatic personality
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt)
  • Strength in communication and presentation
  • Fluency in English and good German skills

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and coach and drive the execution at multiple level of the organization
  • Strong influential skills and change management experience possibly developed in multiple countries and industries
  • Deep knowledge of OE tools implemented in several contexts
  • Strong results orientation, ability to bring solutions to pitfalls
  • Ability to lead and facilitate events, from shopfloor kaizen with operators to top management workshops
  • Drive and sustain OE initiatives
  • Strong motivating skills, energy and passion for OE
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver against challenging objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
