HOW YOU’LL ROLE

As the Commercial Lead you will possess a deep understanding of and empathy for the challenges faced by unemployed and under-employed women. You will have a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and a passion for driving meaningful impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and execute the business strategy for the business, aligning with the company’s mission and values
• Build and inspire a diverse team to achieve organisational goals and objectives
• Oversee the financial management of the venture, ensuring sustainability and responsible resource allocation
• Cultivate partnerships and secure capital to support the growth and expansion of the company
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organisation, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including community members, partners, and funders
• Collaborate with the current CEO while having full autonomy in growing and developing business
