Description:

Responsible for ensuring that all staff employed within your service are recruited, developed, supported and managed in an appropriate and professional manner to meet the needs of the organisation and individual services Responsible and accountable for addressing the learning and development needs of yourself, your Managers and staff and ensuring that these are reviewed against St Anne’s service objectives, local Commissioning Plans, local contract requirements and changes in legislation. Recommend and identify organisational learning to meet expected changes in legislation to deliver on key quality outcomes for services. Responsible and accountable for the Continuous Quality Improvement of the service provided within your defined management span, working with the Head of Quality and Continuous Improvement to exceed best practice in delivering high quality services.Working with the Business Development Department to measure social value and understand how it contributes to business success.Responsible for contributing to the development of budgets for your services and accountable for ensuring that they remain within agreed budgets. Establish good communication links with commissioners and strategic partners ensuring positive dialogue where there are areas of conflict or concern
