Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As The Head of Operations working in the Flooring Solutions team you will be responsible for leading the operations teams, overseeing on site and off-site facilities to ensure operations are conducted in accordance with company compliance. Also ensuring depots maintain high levels of equipment availability while exercising cost control measures.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of compliance
  • Manage equipment availability and cost control measures.
  • Attend customer meetings to address operational needs and concerns.
  • Conduct one-to-one reviews with team members to provide feedback and support.
  • Serve as the focal point for the Industrial team, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Drive a culture of continual improvement across all operational areas.
  • Work with the Flooring director on strategic projects to improve the Flooring business.
  • Work with the Flooring director on budget preparation and analysis.
