Aufgaben

  • Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans for industrialization, logistics, and supply chain operations in alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction across all operational functions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, forecasting and distribution, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Industrialization: Drive the industrialization process, optimizing manufacturing workflows and ensuring the scalability of production processes.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain robust quality control measures to uphold product standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operational processes.

Qualifikation

  • Proven Leadership: Significant experience in a senior operations management role, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with overall business goals.
  • Supply Chain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and industrialization processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Change Management: Experience driving organizational change and implementing process improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree of higher: In a relevant field such as Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Tech Industry Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in the technology/ IoT sector and handling hardware supply chains is a strong plus.
