Responsibilities:

As the Head of Paid Media through consulting and project management excellence, digital strategic expertise, you will:

  • Drive the creation of client strategy across the areas of the business.
  • Develop and execute successful solutions, tools and services, in collaboration with the team, to enable clients to achieve their marketing and advertising objectives.
  • Actively consult with clients and the team regarding marketing objectives, audience segmentation, SEO and other issues and challenges confronting the businesses.
  • Identify strategies to drive traffic and increase conversion sales across GrowthOps Performance, and oversee the digital execution within the paid media team.
  • Strategically drive new technologies within the business, both for clients and the broader agency, keeping pace with the latest opportunities to improve business performance and ROI.
