YOUR MISSION

Odds Scanner is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Paid Media to join our growing team.
As the Head of Paid Media, you will oversee and manage all aspects of our paid media strategy across multiple platforms and channels. If you are passionate about digital marketing and have a proven track record in managing successful paid media campaigns at scale, we want you on our team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Head of Paid Media or similar role, preferably within the sports or gambling industries.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing and advertising platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Portuguese is ideal.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across main acquisition channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Manage and drive performance through additional channels such as Push, Pops and Programmatic Ads on multiple advertising platforms, such as PropellerAds, ZeroPark and AdsTerra.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, performance, and creative teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
  • Manage budgets, forecast performance, and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Ensure all paid media content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high level of quality.
  • Managing an overall advertising budget of over €1 million per month for all acquisition and engagement efforts.
  • Grow a team to at least 3x its current size between media buyers, media ops, copywriters, designers, video editors and content creators.
