With reference to our M&R Director, Nordic, we are looking for a dedicated structured and digital minded team player who is passionate about supporting and nurturing our new spare part system PIMS.

As Head of Parts at TIP Nordic, you will play a central role in implementing our strategic plan for spare parts management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing the strategic plan for spare parts in TIP Nordic
  • Creating and maintaining the spare parts system
  • Managing spare parts stocks at workshops
  • Ensuring workshops have the necessary knowledge and routines for handling spare parts locally
  • Purchasing spare parts, both new and used, and establishing reorder routines directly with workshops

You will be alone in the team from the beginning of your employment, but management responsibility is to be expected in the future as tasks and responsibility will grow.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Managing master data in Dynamics 365
  • Overseeing the location system at all workshops
  • Setting up parameters for spare parts reordering in Dynamics 365
  • Coordinating spare part reports in Matrix for consignment stock reordering
  • Establishing a logistics network between Nordic workshops
  • Developing systems for managing both new and used spare parts.
  • Handling supplier management, including master data and price updates.

To thrive in this position, you should have:

  • Leadership skills, with the ability to lead through others
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work
  • Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft products and Navision
  • Expertise in MS Excel, being a super user
  • Relevant professional training, such as spare parts management
  • A background in technical or mercantile medium-term education
  • Experience with warehouse operations and storage systems
  • Familiarity with master data management and updates
