The post-holder will need to problem-solve as appropriate, analysing and interpreting a range of highly complex data and then developing and implementing lasting solutions in conjunction with clinical and managerial colleagues. The post-holder will also be a key member of the operational management team, taking full responsibility for actions and for keeping other team members fully informed at all times. The post-holder will be a key contributor to the development and implementation of the Trusts corporate strategy and will be responsible for actively supporting the delivery strategic change programmes and working effectively as part of an integrated system of care.
