Required Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is embarking on a multiyear transformation journey aimed at the end-to-end modernization of Payments systems across Wholesale and Consumer banking. Critical to this delivery is our ability to safely deliver high impact changes, at space and at scale into our ecosystem.
We are seeking a Head of Payments Testing (Business Execution Director) with deep expertise in payment products and technology to lead the program. This role will report into head of Payments Transformation and will partner closely with the Head of Payments Technology and the Head of Payments Product.

In this role, you will:

  • Build a world-class Payments Testing program, which is bolstered by a high levels of automation, risk-based prioritization and an ability to operating at pace
  • Build and motivate a team of high performing testing professionals
  • Be a thought partner to Head of Payments Transformation, Head of Payments Product, and Head of Payments Technology, to enable thoughtful delivery of features that will take Wells Fargo payment offering to the next level
  • Help safely deliver change across a diverse organization and multiple lines of business, including the experience needed to credibly challenge the technical architecture, execution approach and work effort prioritization.
  • Must be effective at formulating strategy and threading end-to-end vision together
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and senior leadership ability necessary to communicate with C-Suite executives, customers, and key stakeholders and operating committee level engagement.
  • Experience managing and optimizing testing processes, to gain capacity and financial efficiencies and to maximize workload throughput in line with business objectives.
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution and ensures budgets and resources are well managed and optimized.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
  • Engage Senior Stakeholders to drive key decisions, remove impediments and drive effective trade-offs between speed of delivery and functional design/capabilities.

Pay Range:
$144,000-$300,000
