POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are on the search for an experienced Head of People & Culture who will be instrumental in doubling our tribe from 100 to 200 within the next year. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and is passionate about building a culture that scales.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a high-growth company environment.
• Demonstrated ability to scale HR operations in a fast-paced and dynamic company, ideally having contributed to a growth phase from 100 to 200 employees or more.
• Comprehensive knowledge of international labor regulations and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and people skills, capable of fostering a vibrant remote work culture.
