Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an HR professional, your main task will be to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that enhance the organisation’s overall success. This will involve creating a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with business objectives and nurtures a skilled and dedicated workforce.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies to drive expansion and create a positive work environment.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Evaluate competitive salary benchmarks and develop reward policies.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure payroll accuracy, manage budgets, track metrics, and maintain compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Business Partnering: Cultivate internal relationships to support talent development and organisational growth.
  • Talent Management: Drive talent management and succession planning through ongoing talent assessments.
  • L&D/Training: Identify and implement needs, lead and monitor training strategies.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisals, guide managers on performance matters.
  • HRIS: Ensure HR system data integrity through regular audits. Promote employee HR system usage for improved efficiency.
