Reporting to the Chief People Officer, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of People Experience to lead, shape, develop, and enhance a positive and engaging work environment across our organisation.

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE:

This newly defined role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement and is responsible for the design, development, implementation and leadership of programs and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding. This role will partner with business stakeholders, leaders and the P&C Team to implement initiatives and programs that drive change.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Lead a team of specialists and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders across the organisation, including the executive team, to ensure a seamless, engaging and supportive journey for all employees.
  • Lead the Learning and Capability team to design and implement training programs, workshops, and learning pathways associated with individual career growth and organisational skills requirements.
  • Lead cultural assessments and implement initiatives to strengthen organisational values and behaviours.
  • Design, implement and monitor an employee engagement strategy which responds to engagement feedback and metrics.
  • Lead the development and implementation of wellbeing initiatives across all wellbeing domains.
  • Design and maintain a diversity and inclusion strategy which outlines diversity gaps, builds leadership and organisational commitment, identifies objectives and identifies programs and initiatives to meet objectives.
