HEAD OF TALENT & PEOPLE EXPERIENCE

You will be an active member of the People SLT and take a lead role in developing and delivering the People Plan. You and your team will work across the business to identify, develop and deliver frameworks and initiatives to drive performance, evolve our culture and embed a great people proposition across the employee lifecycle. You have the gift of seeing the bigger picture to make things land right first time. Adopting a mindset of continuous improvement, a project delivery focus is critical, as is embracing systems and data insights.

We now have two fantastic opportunities to join our brilliant People Team at ParentPay Group (PPG), which directly reflects the importance of people here. We’re looking for big thinkers who want to lay the foundations for our future business. This is a unique opportunity to really make your mark. You will cover all the elements from creation to implementation and you’ll need to be delivery focused in a hands-on environment.
Head of People Partnering
As a member of the People Senior Leadership Team (SLT) you will work across the team to create, evolve and develop the People Plan and related activities. You will lead, coach and motivate a team of commercially focused People Partners and delivery experts to execute, embed and evolve great people practices across our business. Your team will be responsible for driving positive change through strong stakeholder relationships using your experience, latest thinking and insights from a focus on data and analytics. You will have a key role in driving forward the business strategy from a people perspective which includes org design and change through to employee relations and well-being.

To be successful in these roles you will ideally have:

  • a strong generalist / people partnering background
  • relevant experience relating to the role of interest and across the full employee lifecycle
  • led teams in commercially focused businesses
  • experience of being able to get things done in the right way
  • operated as a member of a People leadership team
  • worked in a fast paced, flexible environment
  • the drive to do the right thing
  • a strategic mindset with hands on delivering (getting stuck in and rolling your sleeves up is a must!)
  • the confidence to ask the right questions to get to the right solution
