Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver key reports for the Board People Committee on the progress and impact of the People Strategy, including key focuses around talent and succession and team sentiment.
- Support in the development of specific business cases and financial outcomes for strategic People initiatives, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and resource allocation.
- Support the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment of funding to annual strategic plan
- Take the lead on group-wide people initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and driving consistency and coherence across the organisation

- Collaborate with the Group Strategy team to ensure that the people strategy is aligned and enables the wider business strategy. Provide input and insights into strategic planning processes, ensuring that people considerations are integrated into broader organisational decision-making
