    Devoteam Luxembourg is seeking an experienced individual to join its strategic activities as Head of Presales & Partnership. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy and ensuring the high quality of our solutions’ proposals to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the presales activities by understanding client requirements, shaping solutions, and presenting proposals;
  • Manage the end-to-end bid process, including opportunity qualification, proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation;
  • Develop and maintain strategic cloud partnerships to enhance our offerings and drive business growth;
  • Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure alignment on proposals content;
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the stakeholders involved in presales activities and bid management, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement;
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform business strategies and offerings;

We’re looking for someone with :

  • Proven experience in presales, bid management, and partnership management within the IT consulting industry;
  • Strong understanding and interest of cloud and emerging technologies;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of supporting high-performing teams to achieve business objectives;
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach;
  • Fluency in both English AND French is required.
