• Leading the CARIAD process optimization program in the R&D area
• Setup of a project steering to drive, track, and report all identified efficiency measures
• Identification, evaluate and track of efficiency measures that optimize the R&D processes, methods and tools
• Partnering and Stakeholder management within all management levels in CARIAD and the VW Group
• Fostering the exchange with experts and a wider audience through communications, training, and marketing
• Ensuring fiscal impact of efficiency measures
• Ensuring technical fit of the efficiency measures within the CARIAD process, method, and tool landscape
• Leadership for the Process Optimization Team within TZ and also the technical leadership for the entire project team cross functional
