Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Get ready for an incredible opportunity! We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Head of Product to lead the charge in propelling our groundbreaking DataLab product to new heights!
DataLab allows users to get insights from their data in an intuitive way leveraging AI. DataLab’s AI Assistant writes and runs code that you can seamlessly review, tweak, and share. DataLab seamlessly and securely connects to all types of data sources such as CSV files and Google Sheets data to Snowflake and BigQuery.
Your key responsibilities will revolve around developing a deep understanding of customer pain points, craft intuitive user experiences and work hands-on with engineers and design to implement them. You will own the customer experience, with customer satisfaction, product market fit and top line growth as the ultimate success measure of this role. This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer of DataCamp.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points as well as the data space.
  • Establish shared product vision by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
  • Work hands-on with designers and engineers to implement and build new features that meet high standards of user experience and quality.
  • Define and track metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Ultimately, you own the customer experience, with customer satisfaction, product market fit and top line growth as your ultimate success measure.
