Your Mission
- Shape the future of 3D printing by defining and executing the strategy for Polymer Solutions in close collaboration with your product management team
- Develop a market- and customer-oriented solution portfolio with clear target customers and a strong value proposition for exceptional results
- Lead a team of product managers and manage together with them the best technical assets as of today
- Manage Polymer Solutions based on KPIs to achieve significant profitability and strengthen our position as market leader
- Close collaboration with the regions, engineering, innovation and operations to ensure the timely, budget-conscious and content-relevant delivery of polymer solutions
- Embrace growth mindset and can-do attitude in all your interfaces
Your Talents
- Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in product management of high technology with in-depth technical comprehension
- Understanding of polymer AM systems and their current limitations is a plus
- Proven experience in leading teams through transitions in complex environments, managing interfaces and stakeholders, and collaborating with strategic partners in a global role
- Strong portfolio strategy development and execution, including the ability to open up new markets and solutions
- Excellent networking skills with a close relationship to regions and key customers, coupled with fluency in English; German is a plus
