JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a phenomenal Head of Product Strategy and Insights to join our exceptional team and help us develop next generation payment products. This is a unique opportunity to drive strategy with consumer insights within one of the leading banks in the US, focused on designing, building, and launching new credit card and payment products that make a difference in people’s lives.
The right candidate is a passionate subject matter expert that will act as a consultant and collaborate cross-functionally to build holistic insight learning plans for the Bank’s business segment to identify actionable insights and create recommendations for experience improvements and execute accordingly. Must love staying abreast of industry trends, gather market intelligence, and engage behavioral and stated customer feedback.
The successful candidate must also have a strong background in driving action through data, synthesizing research, articulating insights, and strong communication and collaboration skills, along with a strong business acumen and understanding of innovation in the payments space.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 + years of product management experience or other relevant experience
