REQUIREMENTS
- Strong product strategy experience in Web3/Blockchain from working at a respected crypto company (foundation / exchange / venture etc.)
- Experience in the end to end lifecycle of blockchain based products from idea to successful implementation and launch.
- Deep understanding of Crypto Infrastructure and Architecture.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Acting like an owner, being proactive, having a high sense of urgency and a strong bias for action.
- Excellent Problem Solving and Analytical skills. Combining high - level thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Strong technological background, ideally an advanced degree in the STEM Field.
- Interest in Digital Assets / DeFi / FinTech
- Preferably based in (or willing to relocate to) Berlin.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Head of Product Strategy to join Volt’s Special Projects team and drive the product strategy and development for our new strategic initiative. You will be responsible for shaping our new product from the research phase, through development to launch and commercialization. You will work with industry leading software developers and business leaders at Volt to develop solutions that will change the way money moves around the world.
You will have the opportunity to work on a new bet for the company, shaping the 0 1 strategy and delivery of the new product to market. You will work with high autonomy, but also collaboratively with cross - functional teams across the organization.
WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES:
- Strategic Direction - Setting the product strategy to achieve the mission of the new business line.
- Research & Conceptualization - Conducting research into the latest technologies within digital assets and creating Proof of Concepts (“POC”) that enhance the product offering.
- Technical Assessment - Assessing product requirements for internal developments and external integrations.
- Product Roadmap & Delivery - Prioritization of initiatives, planning and execution of the roadmap and rapid iteration based on market feedback
- New Product Launch - MVP Development and Go-To-Market execution
