Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Head of Product at Cared will be a visionary leader responsible for product ownership and development, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders, including third-party developers.
You will take ownership of the source code, establish development protocols, and standardise processes while driving the overall product strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and a passion for healthcare technology.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and Communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Cared’s mission
- Define and prioritise the product roadmap based on strategic goals, customer feedback and market demands.
- Take ownership of the source code and ensure robust documentation and local development setup.
- Establish and enforce development protocols, version control, access management and standardisation.
- Oversee developments for iOS, Android and the .NET admin console.
- Act as the primary contact for technical discussions and decisions with internal and external stakeholders.Develop and execute strategies to scale the platform globally, ensuring reliability, security and performance.
