ion businesses at the Global Sports Brand Nike and our own start-up business helmade.com which has put
a stamp on the world of customization experiences in a highly complex industry. Since 2015 the helmade

ROLE

Head of Production (f/m/d) in Frankfurt am Main
We are looking for a motivated Head of Production (f/m/d) for our production team in Frankfurt am Main to
join our young company and take on responsibility for all production related topics. If you have the ne-
cessary experience and previous knowledge in dealing with custom painting, printing or wrapping and are
prepared to go the extra mile in the further development of madeone as part of the core team and grow with
us, then we look forward to receiving your application.

YOUR TASKS

• You will be heading up our production team including full team responsibility
• You will be realizing custom products of highest quality with a hands-on mentality
• Your tasks include the preparatory work (masking, sanding) and the painting of products with a spray gun

and airbrush (paints, clear lacquer, effect lacquers such as flake or neon, details, shades, etc.)

• You bring in your experience and skills to our production at our location in Frankfurt am Main and become

an important part of our management team

• You control the processes in our production and help to develop them further
• You will be involved in the development of new designs and production techniques and provide advice on

feasibility and quality assurance

• You will be involved in the recruitment of new team members as well as new facilities and equipments
