Responsibilities:
- Coordinate decision-making on new product and proposition design as well as optimization of the calendar for product implementation.
- Review Indonesia insurance marketplace, and conduct analysis on their sales, services, prices, methods of distribution, and marketing to thoroughly learn about the competition.
- Develop strong working relationships with Agency and Bancassurance sales professionals and act as main point-of-contact with Distribution teams to collect insights on issues and challenges and coordinate successful rollouts.
- Proactively deliver market insights to Proposition Category Owners as input to developing new products, enhancements and tactical sales campaigns.
- Develop sales tools, materials and methodologies to demonstrate the winning features of Manulife products relative to competitors’.
- Build analytical tools to systematically collect comprehensive rate tables for detailed commercial pricing analysis.
- Collaborate with Marketing team to ensure a robust customer research engine to develop quantitative and qualitative insights into the needs of different customer segments as a basis for new proposition development.Develop and maintain dashboards to track new product activation and provide insights on adjustments needed to maximize launch success.
