YOUR SKILLS

  • Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 10 years of relevant experience incl. 5 years of quality management
  • Experience in Operation preferable 5 years of experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics, or Chemical industry
  • Experience in an ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS 9100 environment, EHS Knowledge about ISO 140001, 45000 and 50001, GMP Experience as Process- & System Auditor
  • Strong interpersonal communication in various media and to various levels of internal and external international organizations
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Strong in data analysis & deduction, as well as in pragmatic problem solving
  • Team player and strong manager
  • Open & trustable personality
  • Fluent English language skills

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of quality approx. 100 professionals in the sites within Adhesive Technologies
  • Identify and drive quality cluster initiatives with own and cross-functional teams
  • Drive pro-actively improvements in quality KPIs and review KPI performance with Cluster Management Team
  • Promote quality culture and behavior through communication and training programs
  • Day to day execution of quality systems, CAPA systems, and QC testing
  • Communicate with external parties including customers and suppliers
  • Enforce IMS maintenance for ISO 9001 and other relevant certification based on needs
  • Lead the day-to-day operation of quality processes for a group of manufacturing sites
  • Implement and develop regional and global processes/ standards in the cluster
  • Manage critical escalating issues and report them to Head of Quality Europe
  • Identify systemic issues across the cluster and drive to resolution
  • Responsible to stop the processing, shipment, or use of poor-quality products
  • Track corrective actions and on-time quality project realizations
